3. Costs and Carrier Rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Redwood Land Investments does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any associated costs.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your cancellation. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from our program unless you re-enroll by submitting a new subscription request.

Our SMS program is compatible with most major U.S. mobile carriers. T-Mobile and all other wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.

8. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and is entirely optional. You can subscribe to the newsletter by email without providing a mobile number or opting in to SMS.
